Pokims offers professional event production, festival management, and experiential marketing services within South Africa. Our scope includes logistical planning, talent coordination, stage and site management, crowd flow design, and brand activation execution. All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed scope of work signed by both parties.
Clients must provide accurate and timely information regarding event objectives, venue details, permits, and any third-party requirements. Failure to disclose material facts may result in delays or cancellation. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, insurance, and permissions not explicitly covered in the Pokims service agreement.
Pokims shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event execution, including but not limited to weather disruptions, force majeure, or third-party vendor failures. Our total liability is limited to the total fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Clients are encouraged to secure their own event cancellation and liability insurance.
All production plans, stage designs, branding concepts, and marketing materials created by Pokims remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables solely for the agreed event. Unauthorized reproduction or reuse of our creative work for other events is prohibited.
Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly charge on the outstanding balance. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date may result in forfeiture of deposits or partial fees, depending on incurred costs. Refund policies are detailed in the signed contract.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within that period. Upon termination, Pokims shall be compensated for work completed up to the termination date. No further obligations shall accrue after termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before arbitration in Johannesburg.
