Service Scope. Pokims provides event production, festival management, and experiential marketing services within the Republic of South Africa. Any work outside this geographic scope requires a separate written agreement.
Client Responsibilities. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licences, and approvals required by local authorities for the event. Pokims will advise on requirements but does not assume liability for missing or delayed permits.
Timelines & Delays. All project timelines are estimates based on information available at the time of quotation. Force majeure events—including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, or public health restrictions—may alter schedules without penalty to Pokims.
Subcontractors. Pokims reserves the right to engage qualified subcontractors for specialised services (e.g., rigging, catering, security). The client will be notified in advance and may request alternative providers at their own cost.
Intellectual Property. All creative concepts, designs, and production plans developed by Pokims remain the intellectual property of Pokims until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for the agreed event only.
Limitation of Liability. Pokims’ total liability arising from any service provided shall not exceed the total fee paid for that specific project. Pokims is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or reputation.
These clarifications form part of the standard service agreement. Specific terms may be negotiated in writing per project.
